• Shmurah from time of harvest
• Each cycle is under 18 minutes from start to finish
• Highest standard of machine matzah baking, all machine parts working with dough are disassembled, meticulously cleaned, and thoroughly inspected in between shifts ensuring that no dough remains on them for the next shift. Most machine parts are also covered with disposable plastic coverings which are changed each shift.
• This matzah is baked exclusively for our customers with our own kashrus representatives overlooking the entire process
• Our Bet Shemesh Matzah is Star-K Certified Kosher for Passover
• The "Super Thin" Matzah is under the hashgacha of the Badatz Eidah Chareidis (not Star-K)
