About the author:
Rabbi Dr. Yosef Sokol is a licensed clinical psychologist, professor in the PsyD program at Touro University, and research scientist at the Department of Veterans Affairs. He completed his post-doctoral training at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and the Department of Veterans Affairs specializes in the study of identity, suicide prevention, and recovery. He developed Continuous Identity Cognitive Therapy (CI-CT), a novel treatment that integrates Torah wisdom and psychological insights.

Dr. Sokol received his PhD in clinical psychology from Hofstra University and his semichah from Yeshivas Bais Yosef Novardok. His work is driven by a deep interest in integrating Torah wisdom with psychological insights. Dr. Sokol welcomes any inquiries or feedback about the book.
